Who we are

ARCFLOWS LLC (“ARCFLOWS”) designs and builds AI automations and connected workflows for businesses. This notice covers this website, arcflws.com. Questions: tim@arcflws.com.

What this site collects

This site has no accounts. It has one form, on the page for car businesses at arcflws.com/cars, described below under “Asking for sample clips”. It counts visits with Google Analytics, described next.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Google sets cookies in your browser for this and receives your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use the figures only to improve this site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and the site works the same without them.

Booking a call

The booking buttons open our scheduling page on Cal.com. What you enter there (your name, email address and anything you add about your business) is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call. We use it only to prepare for and follow up on that conversation. On the page for law firms at arcflws.com/law the calendar is shown inside the page rather than opened in a new tab, so your browser loads it from Cal.com as you read, and Cal.com sees your IP address when it does. The page for accounting firms at arcflws.com/accounting shows the calendar inside the page in the same way. The same is true of the page for property managers at arcflws.com/property-management.

Asking for sample clips

The form at arcflws.com/cars asks for your name, your business name, a link to your YouTube channel, your email address and, if you like, which video to start with. Formspree, a form service, delivers it to tim@arcflws.com under its own privacy policy. We use what you send only to reply and to make the sample clips you asked for.

Your video files

Footage you share with us for clips, through a shared folder or a link, is used only to make clips for you. We do not share it with anyone else or use it for anything else. Raw files are deleted 30 days after the clips made from them are posted. Finished clips are yours to keep and post; copies we hold are deleted when you ask.

Email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and refer back to it.

Fonts and hosting

The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google and Google sees your IP address when it does. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations.

Client work

Information we handle while building or running a system for a client is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this notice.

What we don’t do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services named above.
